| Late Shri B.S. Banthia started his career in 1967 and had a vast experience of five decades in practicing Civil, Criminal and Commercial Laws from Lower Court upto the Supreme Court of India. He was registered as an Advocate-on-record in the Supreme Court and also worked as Standing Counsel in the Supreme Court of India for the State of Madhya Pradesh from October 2000 to December 2012.
He was the former Civil Judge from 1970-1972 in the Judicial Service of the State of Madhya Pradesh. He practiced in Bhopal from 1972 to 1990 and appeared in High Courts, Tribunals and District Courts and conducted criminal prosecution and civil litigation throughout the country. In 1990, he shifted to New Delhi and practice before the Supreme Court of India till his last breath. He went for eternal rest on 24th May, 2021 at Bhopal. |
